Development of new services/products, promotional information such as events, provision of services and advertisements based on demographic characteristics, analysis of access frequency, and service usage statistics
Article 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
① The Company will destroy personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled.
Article 4. Procedures and Methods of Personal Information Destruction
① The Company destroys personal information immediately upon fulfillment of the purpose of collection and use.
1. Destruction Procedure
Information entered by the user for membership registration, etc., will be transferred to a separate database (or a separate physical storage for paper documents) after the purpose is achieved and stored for a certain period as required by internal policies and relevant laws. It will then be destroyed.
2. Destruction Method
Personal information in electronic form is permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
Article 5. Provision of Personal Information
① The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without user consent. Exceptions apply in the following cases:
1. When the user has given prior consent
2. When required by law or in response to a lawful request by an investigative agency
Article 6. Outsourcing of Collected Personal Information
The Company may entrust the handling of personal information to third parties for the efficient execution of services, such as customer service management and handling of complaints. To ensure the security of personal information in such outsourcing arrangements, the Company includes provisions in its contracts that require compliance with relevant data protection laws, prohibit the disclosure of personal information to third parties, and clearly define responsibilities in the event of an incident.
If there is any change to the outsourced service provider, the Company will notify users of the change via the website's notices or the privacy policy page.
Article 7. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
① Users and their legal representatives may at any time view or modify the personal information registered under their name or that of a child under the age of 14, and may request the termination of their membership.
② To view or modify personal information of a user or a child under the age of 14, the user can access the personal information modification section (e.g., “Edit Member Info”). To terminate membership (withdraw consent), users must click on “Withdraw Membership” and complete the identity verification process. Alternatively, users may contact the personal information protection officer via mail, phone, or email to request such actions, and the company will respond without delay.
③ If a user requests correction of erroneous personal information, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction is completed. If the Company has already provided such incorrect information to a third party, it will promptly notify the third party of the correction result so that the necessary amendments can be made.
④ Personal information that has been deleted or terminated at the request of the user or legal representative will be handled according to the retention and usage periods set forth in the Company’s privacy policy and will not be used or accessed for any other purpose.
Article 8. Matters Concerning the Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Automatic Personal Information Collection Devices
① The Company does not operate devices, such as cookies, that automatically collect personal information when using internet services.
